He was 60 years old.
Former First gentleman Mike Arroyo confirmed that his younger brother “had a cardiac arrest (Wednesday night).”
“At that point, an ambulance was called for him in London. He was revived at the hospital but he went into a coma. This morning, his heart stopped beating,” he added.
Iggy Arroyo went to London last October to seek treatment for liver ailment.
The Arroyo family is still finalizing the arrangements for the return of Negros Occidental representative’s body.
